①発表の準備

発表には発表者自身のPCをご使用下さい。

液晶プロジェクターとレーザーポインターをご用意致します。液晶プロジェクターへの接続はご発表前の休憩時間等にご確認下さい。

ノートPCのACアダプター、外部出力用変換ケーブルは必ずご自身でご用意ください。

会場で用意するPCケーブルコネクターの形状はHDMI形式のみとなります。

外付けコネクター（ミニD-Sub15ピン端子からHDMI端子への変換など）を必要とする場合には、必ずご自身でお持ちください。特に、Macbookなどの小型PCは、別途変換アダプターが必要な場合がありますので、くれぐれもご注意ください。

学会大会事務局では変換アダプターの用意はありません。

For oral presentation, please use your own laptop. We will provide only projectors and laser pointers. 

The PC cable connector provided at the venue will be only in HDMI format. If you need conversion cables, please bring them by yourself.

②発表時間

一般口頭発表の発表時間は、1演題あたり10分（発表7分、質疑応答2分、入替1分）です。

所定時間を超過しないようにご注意ください。円滑なプログラム進行ができるよう、時間厳守にご協力をお願い致します。

基調講演、招待講演につきましては、あらかじめ指定しております発表時間と質疑応答時間に従ってください。

Each oral presenter will have 7 min for presentation + 2 min for Q&A + 1 min for laptop connection.

①ポスター会場

第2会議室となります。

The venue will be Meeting Room 2.

②ポスターサイズ・貼付

ポスターパネルのサイズは、縦174cm×横118cmとなります。

なお、パネル左上の角にポスター番号ラベルを事務局で貼りますので、このスペースは空けておいて下さい。

当日の9:30までにポスターの貼り付けを行って下さい。プッシュピンは会場でお渡し致します。

当日の15:30～16:30の間にポスターの撤収を行って下さい。

The poster panel size is 174 cm x 118 cm.

Please make a space at the upper-left corner of the panel for the poster number label.

Display your poster by 9:30am. Pushpins will be provided at the venue.

Remove your poster between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.  

③コアタイム

12:45～13:30　となります。

Obligation time: 0:45pm-1:30pm

④研究奨励賞に応募された方へ

ポスドク・学生を対象に「研究奨励賞」を設けています（応募が必須です）。

研究奨励賞の選考結果は、閉会式において発表し、賞状を授与します。

All the postdoctoral fellows and students are encouraged to apply for the "Young Investigator Award" for excellent poster presentations. 

Award winner will be announced in the closing ceremony.
