I bring 10 years of experience in project and operations management. I have constantly led teams whether as a staff member in organizations or as a social enterprise founder and director, or as a consultant bringing on board other people, or as an events organizer or as a community organizer. Hippocampus operates 200+ learning centers across India, with 500+ staff members on the field in different states, speaking different languages and following different state rules
Streamlined the organization’s operational procedures, created compliance measures and indicators, linking these procedures to employees’ performance, motivation strategies and the organization’s social impact
Led staff retreats to ensure organizational culture alignment among staff members

Designed and implemented a performance evaluation and monitoring system for 30+ employees
Led employee and interns recruitment processes
Created university partnerships for the Ashoka Internship Program, including with George Washington, Princeton, and Columbia for continuous recruitment of interns
Designed, maintained, and updated the organizations’ Knowledge Management System
Created media partnerships; co-designed and managed the launch of a new organization website
Designed and organized staff retreats for annual strategic planning and staff talent development

Ashoka Changemakers Schools: "Khaleek Makano" (Put Yourself in their Shoes)
Designed and launched a new initiative to teach public school children changemaking and empathy skills to build a new generation of future social innovations. The project is in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Egypt and Ashoka and its social entrepreneur fellows
I managed the full project and facilitated: curriculum co-creation, project prototyping in collaboration with teachers, principals and CSOs, as well as Ministry clearances and finally, debriefing and reflections between all involved stakeholders. The project moved on to next stages of implementation (after which I left its implementation and another team took over) as a scaled up program in public schools in Egypt

- Managing a full social enterprise for 4 years from vision and strategy setting, to prototyping projects, to fundraising and public relations, to recruiting, managing and assessing performance of staff members and volunteers (6-12 employees and volunteers).
