Registration is open for non-speakers including accompanying persons!

Registration fee 

The registration fee for regular and student participants covers attendance rights, paper submission to proceedings, symposium kits (book of abstracts, bags, etc.), coffee breaks, and the symposium dinner on September 21.

For accompanying persons, the registration fee includes attendance rights without presentation, symposium kits, coffee breaks, and the symposium dinner on September 21.

Please note that the registration fee does not cover lunch, accommodation, or local transportation fare (e.g., bus fare) during the symposium.

All Registration fees must be paid by cash (JPY) 

in-person at the registration desk on the first day of the event. Thank you.
