Registration & Fee:

NPR 5000 for Nepalese

NPR 10000 for Foreigners

NPR 3000 for Nepalese students with valid ID card

NPR 1000 Additional if you would like to join the conclave excursion.

The NRC 2023 registration fee will cover the following:

· Airport transfer (from Chitwan Airport to the Conference venue, and Conference venue to Chitwan Airport)

· Access to all conference sessions

· Three nights in a hotel room (check-in 12th February and check-out 15th February 2023)

· Dinner on 12th February 2023 for the delegates accommodating at the Conclave venue

· Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches on 13-14th February 2023, and gala dinner on 13th February 2023.

· Breakfast on 15th February 2023 for the delegates accommodating at the Conclave venue

Note: If you are bringing your spouse/partner, please make the travel arrangement by yourself and you need to pay in cash an amount of NRS 5000 to avail of the above.

In case of cancellation of participation, registration fee will be fully refunded before 31 January 2023. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations after 31 January 2023.
