Guidelines for abstract submission:
The author must submit an extended abstract (Max. 400 words) which should include the approach, relevance, innovation
results, and conclusions.
The abstract should be entered in a plain text format (no tables, graphs, charts, or images)
It should contain new work not yet published.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural science (environment science/engineering/management, zoology, botany, forestry, agriculture, fisheries, biotechnology, chemistry, and natural resource management) or social science/arts/humanities (sociology, anthropology, social work, development studies, human & natural resource studies, and urban studies).
To improve your chance of success, consider the following criteria:
Ensure that your paper fits the thematic tracks and that it’s relevant for experts and non-experts.
Submit original content. Describe breakthrough technology, new concepts, and novel applications of established concepts or improvements to existing theories with new supporting data.
Ensure that the work is well developed. If you can show concrete results that are well supported by data, your paper is more likely to be accepted.
Clearly show how significant your work is. Your research must be relevant for the world, region, or for other researchers and/or professionals working in your field.
Prepare your outline with care, organize your materials well, and write clearly in plain English.
An abstract review process and notification of acceptance
The technical and management committee will review all abstracts which have been submitted on time and in the specific format, the organizer reserves all right to reject any abstract for failure to comply with the submission guidelines mentioned above, linked from this page, or communicated via the organizers.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by email no letter then 31st January 2023. Further details will be sent in Early February 2023 giving the time, sessions, and place of accepted presentations. The accepted abstracts will be presented in the conclave and will also be published in the proceedings following the conference.
