Collaboration is at the heart of the Northern Alliance.  Working with and learning from each other helps to raise our shared understanding of high quality practice and improve outcomes for all our learners. 

This website consists of contributions from leaders and practitioners across our 8 local authorities to be shared and used to lead learning and support continuous professional development.  Some content is produced locally, other material included is from further afield.  We believe in the power of networks and collaborative working and would encourage you to reach out and network within and out with your local area or school group to find others to talk and learn with and from.
