The North American Plasma Etch Exchange, NAPEX, advances plasma etching science and technology by fostering an open exchange among American and Canadian plasma experts across academia, industry, and national labs. NAPEX creates a forum to address emerging challenges, and to provide solutions to the ever-increasing demands of nanoscale pattern transfer.
We believe in transparent sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices to accelerate progress in plasma etching across the community.
