Why? Rising power consumption in modern-day computing systems is a major concern in terms of environmental sustainability. 

What? In our group, we are exploring the next generation of classical, neuromorphic and quantum low-power devices.

How? We employ a broad, interdisciplinary approach by combining cleanroom device fabrication, electrical characterization, and modeling to gain fundamental insights into device operation. We also are interested in materials processing and growth through our collaborations.

• Postdoc - Please email the PI  indicating your interests and the area you would like to work on.

• Ph.D.  New: Funded Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in large-area 2D devices

B.Tech/M.Tech: Apply twice a year through GATE/M.Tech score.

MSc. Physics/Mat Sci/Chemistry: CSIR-JRF/UGC-JRF/DST-Inspire can apply by emailing PI throughout the year. 

• M.Tech/B.Tech: Experimental and simulation projects can be discussed with the PI.
