Programmable ultra-high magnetic field generator

The magnetic field generator of the laboratory contains magnetic field generator(a pair of electromagnet), water-cooling equipment, programmable power supply and function generator, to produce a stable large DC magnetic field (1.8T) for a long timeand dynamic AC magnetic.

The probe station of the laboratory collocates probe station and microscope, oscilloscope, charge amplifier and power supply toobserve the performance of nano devices.

Processing Equipment

The laboratory has two dedicated Processing Equipment, Magnetic film Electroplating Fabrication Process and PZT thin film Sol-Gel Spin Coater Fabrication Process dedicated fume hood.

PZT thin film Sol-Gel Spin Coater Fabrication Process

The PZT thin film Sol-Gel Spin Coater Fabrication Process of the laboratory contains spin coater, furnace and two hot plates, for the manufacture of high cleanliness PZT and PVDF piezoelectric film.

Magnetic film Electroplating Fabrication Process

The magnetic film electroplating fabrication process of the laboratory contains electroplating tanks, power supply, hot plate/ stirrer and temperature controller, used for the electroplating of micro / nano-scale magnetic film structure.
