Pagurus filholi (de Man, 1887)

レア度：いつでも見られる

形態：体は緑褐色～茶褐色。はさみ脚の掌部には細かい粒状突起あり、ツメ（”指節”）の先端は白い。歩脚は、先端が赤茶色で白色と黒色の横縞へと続く＝白い靴下をはいているように見える。第1触覚はオレンジっぽく、第2触角は茶褐色と白の斑模様。眼柄には1本の茶褐色の縞がある。

生息域：岩礁域の潮間帯付近の岩場に多く生息し、ダイビングではあまり見かけない。干潮時には干上がった潮だまりにも多い。葛登支では沖の岩場よりも手前、波打ち際に近いところほど多い気がする。

生態：繁殖期は2～11月頃までとされるが、3～7月頃が最盛期。
