Autophagy induction significantly enhances homologous recombination (HR)-mediated CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing across multiple genomic loci.
Cas9-interacting cofactors under autophagic conditions were identified as key modulators of HR efficiency.
In vivo autophagy activation boosts precise gene correction and insertion in mouse models, suggesting therapeutic applicability.

Manufacturing Uniform Cerebral Organoids
Uniform cerebral organoids (UCOs) were generated with high reproducibility and morphological consistency by optimizing organoid size and differentiation monitoring.
UCOs recapitulated early human corticogenesis and exhibited functional neural networks with both excitatory and inhibitory responses.
Neurodevelopmental disease models using UCOs revealed drug-reversible neurite outgrowth defects, supporting their utility for therapeutic screening.
