B.S. Degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymer Science, Coatings Science, Material Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering is required.
Previous Industrial experience in organic synthesis, polymers, materials or coatings-related product development is preferred but not required.
Strong chemistry, polymer, and materials knowledge. An understanding of chemical and polymer manufacturing is desirable.
Excellent experimental skills, with polymer synthesis experience a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good written and oral communication skills.
