Name Tags

When making or editing a continuous name tags or an event, there are different options that can be selected. Here, the chart below will provide the rapid reference for what the alternatives allow. Note that there are options that will permit you to choose which name tags needed to be printed.

Printing of name tags – when the person goes in, your system will print the name tag automatically for a particular person.

Printing for the copy – it prints the copy for example, for the child’s parent so that the workers can be able to match the tags. It will increase the security through making sure that the correct person is taking the right child. When it is used in combination with the checking by family, the solo parent tag can be printed and it contains all of the kids checked in.

Print more or additional name tags – it will print the duplicate copy of a particular name tag. It will be very useful for placing the name tags or labels on the bag that can go inside the classroom with the child.

  • Appearance: Select the appearance color of name tags in the page. Through default it can appear and there are so many other color schemes available. If you have too many services, use a color scheme to rapidly note when the check in is being set to a wrong service. You may also select the different color scheme in each of the services.

  • Default Mode: Select how an event will unlock by default.

  • Search: Permits the people in checking by their name, scanning the barcode and by the phone number. The mode is the best when a check in screen can only be seen by the volunteers or the staffs when security isn’t that high of priorities.

  • List: Displays the filterable lists of every person eligible in checking in. This form is the best when a check in screen can only be seen to the staffs or the volunteer running the check in.

  • Kiosk: It permits the people to sign in through looking by their phone numbers or through scanning the barcode. It is the suggested recommended mode when a check station can be seen publicly and you don’t want the people to see the names outside their family.

Require the password to have access check in the settings – by checking the box will surely require a user to put in a password when altering the settings in the event. It is useful for added security when setting the check in being the kiosk.

Showing the name tags on a check-in screen – if you are viewing a check in page for the continuous name tags, a tag name which will make a person eligible will emerge their name. Only the option if an event is eligible through tags.

Specify additional person fields – if you are adding a new individual within the check in pages, specify the fields that had been asked for.

Allow thumbnail picture upgrade – through default, the people will update the picture through clicking on the check-in screen. Choosing the option disables the functionality.
