My long-term goal is to build robots that can communicate with humans, understand their intentions and plan efficiently to achieve the intended task. In my PhD work, I tackle various challenges in Language Guided Neuro-symbolic Planning, including,
Goal Extraction and Grounding using LLMs.
Integrating LLMs with symbolic planning
Action semantics acquisition
Error Recovery in Long horizon task execution
Previously, I obtained my MS in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Hyderabad, where I worked with Prof. Balasubramaniam Jayaram on Similarity Searches in high dimensional noisy datasets and developed a fractional distance-based directional sensitive dissimilarity measure to improve the quality of the search.
