Our new paper on CaSi2 thin film deposition by close-spaced evaporation and subsequent conversion to 2D Si nanosheets has been published in Japanese Journal of Applied Physics. This paper reveals the effects of mechanical activation of the Ca source on the decrease of CaSi2 deposition temperatures.
