The event was proposed by the Chairman of CORAL, Prof. Krishna Kumar. Dr. Nairita Pal and her team coordinated the event. The team was constituted by Dr. Oindrila Nath, Ms. Limonlisa Sahu, Ms. Vaishnavi Wadhai. Prof. Achanta Naga Venkata Satyanarayana served as the Officiating Head on the day of the event and presided over the event.

The speakers were Prof. Sanghamitra Ray (Presiding Officer, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), IIT Kharagpur) and Prof. Dipa Dube (Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur)

All the office staff, namely Mr. R.K. Shetty, Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty, Mr. Ranjit K. Jana were present and helped to make the event a success.
