About Dr. Nagaiah Kambhala
Dr. Nagaiah Kambhala is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, School of Sciences, Jain University, Bangalore. He is a gold medalist from Sri Venkateswara University for M.Sc. Physics. He qualified for GATE-2010 and CSIR NET in 2009 Dec (During M.Sc. 4th Semester). He has finished Ph.D. from the Department of Physics, Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences (autonomous Institute from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. India), Bangalore. During his Ph.D. time, he received the research fellowships of JRF and SRF and a Travel fellowship from DST. Soon after submitting the PhD thesis, he got the Institute Postdoctoral fellowship from IIT Madras and in March 2019, he has selected for a National Postdoctoral fellowship from the SERB-DST in the Indian Institute of Science. He is serving as an editorial board member of the "American Journal of Nano Research and Applications". He has published about 25 international publications and several conference presentations within India and abroad. He is working on the materials in the nanoscale for novel applications like energy, sensors and spintronics. Recently he received the International best researcher awards from the Asia international research awards.
