Terms of Use for Naesslman Scheduler

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the developer in relation to the use of the Naesslman Scheduler mobile application provided by Naesslman (the “Service”).

Article 2. Service Description

1. The Service provides schedule management, goal management, and To-do management features.

2. Some features may be provided through a paid premium subscription.

3. The Service may be changed for continuous improvement.

Article 3. Sign-In and Account

1. Users may sign in using a Google account or an Apple account.

2. Sign-in may be required to save and restore schedule data.

3. Users are responsible for safely managing their account information.

4. Users may request account deletion through the in-app feature or through a method provided by the developer.

5. When an account is deleted, all related data may be deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

Article 4. Premium Service and Payment

1. Premium features may be provided through a subscription.

2. Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the user’s device and platform.

3. Subscription cancellation, payment cancellation, and refunds are subject to the policies and procedures of Apple App Store or Google Play.

4. If the subscription period ends or the subscription is not successfully renewed, access to premium features may be restricted.

5. The app sign-in account and the app marketplace payment account may be different, and subscription purchase and restoration are processed based on the payment account of the applicable app marketplace.

Article 5. User Obligations

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

1. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

2. Using another person’s account without permission

3. Modifying or reverse engineering the application

4. Engaging in any act that violates applicable laws

Article 6. Changes and Suspension of Service

1. The developer may change or suspend features for service improvement.

2. Free features may be changed without prior notice.

3. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable reasons such as server failures, policy changes, external service issues, or other circumstances beyond the developer’s control.

Article 7. Disclaimer

1. The developer is not responsible for issues caused by the user’s device environment or network environment.

2. Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not responsible for data loss.

3. The developer is not responsible for failures or policy changes of external services, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In.

4. The Service is a tool designed to help users manage schedules and goals, and users are responsible for separately checking and backing up important schedules and data.

Article 8. Privacy

1. The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

2. Users may request deletion of their personal information at any time.

Article 9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Korea.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 내쓸만이 제공하는 내쓸만 스케쥴러 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 개발자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

1. 본 서비스는 일정 관리, 목표 관리, 할 일(To-do) 관리 기능을 제공합니다.

2. 일부 기능은 유료 프리미엄 구독을 통해 제공될 수 있습니다.

3. 서비스는 지속적인 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있습니다.

제3조 (회원가입 및 계정)

1. 이용자는 Google 계정 또는 Apple 계정을 통해 로그인할 수 있습니다.

2. 로그인은 일정 데이터의 저장 및 복원을 위해 필요할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.

4. 이용자는 앱 내 기능 또는 개발자가 제공하는 방법을 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

5. 계정 삭제 시 모든 관련 데이터는 즉시 삭제될 수 있으며, 삭제된 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.

제4조 (프리미엄 서비스 및 결제)

1. 프리미엄 서비스는 구독 방식으로 제공될 수 있습니다.

2. 결제는 이용자의 기기 및 이용 환경에 따라 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다.

3. 구독 해지, 결제 취소 및 환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.

4. 구독 기간이 종료되거나 구독이 정상적으로 갱신되지 않은 경우 프리미엄 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

5. 앱 로그인 계정과 앱 마켓 결제 계정은 서로 다를 수 있으며, 구독 구매 및 복원은 각 앱 마켓의 결제 계정을 기준으로 처리됩니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

2. 타인의 계정을 도용하는 행위

3. 앱을 변조하거나 역공학하는 행위

4. 법령에 위반되는 행위

제6조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

1. 개발자는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

2. 무료 서비스는 사전 통지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.

3. 서버 장애, 정책 변경, 외부 서비스 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (면책조항)

1. 개발자는 이용자의 기기 환경, 네트워크 환경으로 인한 문제에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

2. 이용자의 데이터 손실에 대해 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

3. Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, Google 로그인, Apple 로그인 등 외부 서비스 장애 또는 정책 변경에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 서비스는 일정 및 목표 관리를 돕기 위한 도구이며, 이용자는 중요한 일정과 데이터에 대해 별도로 확인 및 백업할 책임이 있습니다.

제8조 (개인정보 보호)

1. 개인정보 수집 및 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

2. 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 관할 법원은 대한민국 법원으로 합니다.
