Account Deletion Request

Users may request account deletion through one of the following methods.

1. In the app:
   App → Settings → Delete Account

2. By email:
   Naesslman.app@naesslman.com

Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, the following data will be deleted.

1. Firestore user data

2. Premium status stored in the service

3. Cloud backup data

Data Retention Period

1. Payment records may be retained as required by applicable laws and app marketplace policies.

2. All other user data will be deleted immediately after account deletion is processed.

Notes

Deleting an account may permanently remove schedules, goals, To-do items, cloud backup data, and other related user data.

Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Subscription purchase history and payment records are managed by the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and may be retained according to their policies and legal requirements.

계정 삭제 요청 방법

이용자는 다음 방법 중 하나를 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱 내 요청:
   앱 → 설정 → 계정 삭제

2. 이메일 요청:
   Naesslman.app@naesslman.com

계정 삭제 시 삭제되는 데이터

계정 삭제 요청이 처리되면 다음 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

1. Firestore 사용자 데이터

2. 서비스에 저장된 프리미엄 상태

3. 클라우드 백업 데이터

데이터 보관 기간

1. 결제 기록은 관련 법령 및 앱 마켓 정책에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다.

2. 그 외 사용자 데이터는 계정 삭제 처리 후 즉시 삭제됩니다.

유의사항

계정을 삭제하면 일정, 목표, 할 일, 클라우드 백업 및 기타 관련 사용자 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제될 수 있습니다.

삭제된 데이터는 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.

구독 구매 내역 및 결제 기록은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 등 해당 앱 마켓에서 관리되며, 관련 정책 및 법적 의무에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다.
