Dr. Nadja Wehl - Welcome!
I'm a postdoctoral researcher in political science at the University of Konstanz. I am a member of the Cluster of Excellence The Politics of Inequality, where I work for the project Students' Perceptions of Inequality and Fairness (PerFair).
In the summer term of 2025 I serve as substitute for the professorship of Political Sociology and Social Policy at Humboldt University, Berlin.
From October - December 2024 I was an Academic Visitor at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention in Oxford, hosted by Prof. Jane Gingrich.
Previously, I conducted my PhD studies at the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences (BAGSS) located at the University of Bamberg.
Among others, my research appears in Comparative Political Studies, European Journal of Political Research and Political Research Exchange.
I hold a master degree in political science and a master degreee in survey statistics, both from the University of Bamberg.
Finally, I enjoy teaching both content-related and methods-related courses e.g. on inequality, political participation, social policy attitudes, or panel data analyses.
On the following pages, you can find out more about me, my research, my teaching, and some recent activities.
Don't hestitate to contact me for some inequality & political attitudes/behavior chat or any other questions you might have!
