I am currently a Senior Researcher at the Research Institute of Mathematics of Seoul National University, working as part of the Dynamics and Arithmetic Structures on Manifolds (DASOM) Research group.

Research Interests:

My research focuses mainly on anabelian geometry and arithmetic topology, my work explores connections between surfaces and p-adic fields.

I am also intrested in questions related to topological quantum field theory, profinite rigidity and p-adic Hodge theory.

Professional History:

Between 2023-25 I had a joint Postdoc at University of Pennsylvania working with Tony Pantev, and at University of Haifa working with Oren Ben-Bassat.
In 2022-23 I was Postdoc at Ben Gurion University of the Negev hosted by Amnon Besser and Ishai Dan-Cohen.

I did my DPhil at the University of Oxford supervised by Konstantin Ardakov and Minhyong Kim.

Before that I completed my M.Sc. at the Weizmann Institute of Science under the supervision of Vladimir Berkovich and Ehud de Shalit.
