S. Nada Elsebaee is a cultural project manager, filmmaker, and photographer with a multidisciplinary background in psychology, filmmaking, and cultural development. She designs and leads projects that bridge creativity, research, and community engagement, with a focus on using art as a catalyst for social transformation.
Her professional journey spans producing ethnographic films, facilitating storytelling workshops for children and youth, and directing cultural programs that nurture artistic expression while addressing social challenges. She has also co-developed the Bullying Victimisation Scale for Children, integrating both field research and lived experience into practical cultural tools.
Nada holds a Diploma in Cultural Development with distinction, which strengthens her expertise in linking cultural practices with development frameworks. Her work highlights the value of intentional creation and the importance of rooting ambitious ideas in people’s real lives.
In addition to her cultural practice, she serves as General Manager of GAIA, an online platform for handcrafted jewellery and accessories, where she applies creative leadership, digital branding, and team coordination to grow a socially driven business.
