While this is a quick, easy way to make a relatively large enclosure that can disinfect Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) on N95 masks without degrading elastic/filtration efficiency. Also can be used for mail, etc. However, if you are looking for a way to do just one N95, consider the potentially easier/cheaper (or both!) options below.
Air Fryer - Make sure it can go down to at least 180F/80C. (Lower would be even better)

Cheaper ones can be found locally; check the min temp.
Food Dehydrator - Make sure it can go up to at least 160F/70C
Do not use for food after disinfecting medical PPE.
