Hi,


I am a Ph.D. scholar at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University. My research interest lies in the area of Development Economics. I predominantly work in Economics of Education, Health Economics, Gender Issues, Financial Inclusion, and recently started exploring Environmental Economics. I am primarily interested in causal inference studies. I have done multiple courses on Causal Inference from the doyens like Pedro H. C. Sant’Anna, Scott Cunningham, Jaya Krishnakumar, and Abhiroop Mukhopadhyay. I am also a part of the mentee cohort 2023-24 of the Association for Mentoring and Inclusion in Economics (AMIE) - a program started by Nishith Prakash and Priya Mukherjee.  

Before joining Ph.D., I was in the teaching profession.  I was an Assistant professor at Loyola College (Chennai) and a lecturer at the Care Group of Institutions (Trichy). I taught Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics,) and Mathematics for Economics. I am also the reviewer of the journal PLOS ONE and Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance.
