Hi,

I am an Assistant Professor at the Jindal School of Banking and Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University. I am also a GLO Affiliate at the Global Labor Organization and serve as Assistant Director at the Jindal Institute of Haryana Studies (JIHS), where I lead education-related research and policy work pertaining to Haryana.

Before Joining O.P. Jindal Global University, I worked as a Consultant at IWWAGE-King's College London on a project - Laws of Social Reproduction under The Dickson Poon School of Law - King's College London.

My research lies in Development Economics, with a focus on education, health, gender, and financial inclusion, and a growing interest in environmental economics. My work focuses on identifying causal effects.
