Visa application form: A completed visa application form with your passport photo attached. 

Travel documents: Proof of onward travel, such as a return flight ticket or itinerary. You'll also need proof of accommodation, such as a hotel reservation or address details. 

Funds: Sufficient funds for the duration of your stay, such as cash or credit cards. 

Visa fee: The visa fee is typically payable in US dollars.
