Man Yiu (Tim) Tsang

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at Lehigh University under the supervision of Prof. Karmel S. Shehadeh. I received my M.Phil. and B.Sc. in Risk Management Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

My research interest includes optimization under uncertainty, stochastic optimization, (distributionally) robust optimization and mixed-integer programming. My main application area includes health care analytics and financial risk management.
