• BPD - Emotional regulation is fucked.

• BPD - We can have severe abandonment issues

• BPD - We can struggle with those who have relationships around us

  • Specifically those who show frequent PDA & push us out of the conversation in public spaces

• BPD - We are known to be extremely clingy

• BPD - We are known to be extremely dependent

• BPD - We have emotional switches, not just emotional meltdowns.

• BPD/ADHD - We can get really invested emotionally and be unaware enough to pull ourselves away

  • • We will listen to anyone alerting us gently that we've become emotionally invested and need to step away.

      • If we've said we're fine- you need to trust we're fine.

• C-PTSD - Our triggers resolve around being alone, it being too quiet, and people voice/tone sounding angry or frustrated.

• Autism - What we say vs what we mean gets really messy, even in text. You're allowed to ask questions, we'll try our best to explain.

• Autism - We struggle with the loudness of our voice

  • This doesn't always mean we're yelling

• Autism - We struggle with sympathy & empathy with strangers

• Autism - We can miss social & emotional cues & the stress/distress of those around us, and usually need it told to us

• Autism - We can be very blunt & struggle with sugarcoating things

• ADHD - We struggle with memory

• ADHD/BPD - We struggle with impulsivity

• We don't like unsolicited advice

  • This includes the "I can't help you if you can't help yourself"

• We expect people to leave or hurt us- usually within a year.

• We don't do small talk.

  • It burns through our social battery extremely fast

• We have problems with venting without warning or bottling up our feelings til they blow over

  • Just let us know if you do/don't have the emotional bandwidth

• We prefer trying to cope/stabilize vs trying to heal, fix, or get better

  • If we're trying to improve - relapses can & will happen

• We can't stand people who 'both sides'/'try for peace' between marginalized and their oppressors/gatekeepers in almost all cases

  • This includes those who make friends with harmful oppressors- especially when aware they do harm.

• We can't stand the 'if you think negatively your life will be negative' crowd

• We are very scornful, spiteful, and easily jealous.

• We don't handle over positivity well 

  • We think negative positivity exists

    •  'Immature' people can also get under our skin

• We appreciate tone tags

• Zircon & Emerald are attempting verbality but it is very obvious when it is them speaking vs Sapphira.
