These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MYTEN | 10 Minute Workout ("MYTEN", "App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed and operated by Global Health Alliance Inc.

By downloading, accessing, or using MYTEN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About MYTEN

MYTEN is a fitness and workout application designed to provide short, approximately 10-minute exercise sessions based on preferences selected by the user.

The App may provide:

• Personalized workout recommendations

• Exercise videos and demonstrations

• Workout timers

• Exercise instructions

• Fitness goals and focus areas

• Workout history and progress tracking

• Streaks and consistency tracking

• Workout reminders

• Optional premium features or subscriptions

MYTEN does not require a user account to use its core functionality.

2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

MYTEN is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

Exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. You are responsible for determining whether an exercise or workout is appropriate for you.

Before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about your physical health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical assistance.

By using MYTEN, you acknowledge that you participate in exercises at your own discretion and risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results

MYTEN does not guarantee specific fitness, weight loss, strength, endurance, flexibility, appearance, or other physical results.

Individual results vary depending on factors including exercise consistency, nutrition, genetics, lifestyle, fitness level, and other circumstances.

Any progress information displayed by the App is intended for informational and motivational purposes only.

4. Personalized Workouts

MYTEN may use information you select, such as your:

• Fitness goal

• Focus areas

• Fitness level

• Available equipment

• Workout frequency

• Workout preferences

• Feedback about completed workouts

to recommend workouts.

These recommendations are not medical or professional fitness assessments. You are responsible for determining whether a recommended exercise is suitable and safe for you.

5. Exercise Videos and Instructions

MYTEN may provide videos, animations, images, descriptions, and instructions demonstrating exercises. These materials are provided for general informational purposes.

You should follow proper exercise technique and use appropriate equipment and surroundings. Global Health Alliance Inc. does not guarantee that every exercise is appropriate for every individual.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use MYTEN only for lawful purposes;

• Follow applicable laws and regulations;

• Use appropriate caution when exercising;

• Ensure that you have sufficient space and suitable surroundings for workouts;

• Use exercise equipment appropriately;

• Stop an exercise if you experience pain or concerning symptoms;

• Not attempt exercises beyond your abilities;

• Not misuse, modify, copy, distribute, or interfere with the App.

7. App Availability

We aim to keep MYTEN available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The App may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;

• Updates;

• Technical problems;

• Network issues;

• Device limitations;

• Third-party service interruptions;

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MYTEN at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

MYTEN, including its name, logo, design, user interface, text, graphics, videos, animations, software, workout content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Global Health Alliance Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MYTEN for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce MYTEN content;

• Sell or redistribute App content;

• Modify or create derivative works;

• Reverse engineer the App where prohibited by law;

• Extract or systematically download workout content;

• Use MYTEN content to create a competing commercial service.

9. App Store Terms

MYTEN may be downloaded through Apple's App Store. Your use of MYTEN is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for MYTEN. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no obligation to provide warranty services for the App.

If you have questions regarding App Store purchases, subscriptions, or billing, you should also review Apple's applicable terms and support resources.

10. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MYTEN may offer optional premium features through subscriptions or other in-app purchases. If available, the price, billing period, trial period, and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled according to Apple's subscription management procedures.

Deleting MYTEN does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your Apple account.

11. Free Trials

If MYTEN offers a free trial, eligibility and duration will be displayed at the time of enrollment. If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable subscription price will be charged according to the terms presented when you started the trial.

You are responsible for cancelling before the end of the trial period if you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.

12. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests are generally subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

Global Health Alliance Inc. does not directly process your App Store payment information.

13. Privacy

Your use of MYTEN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MYTEN is designed to work without requiring an account, and certain workout preferences and progress information may be stored locally on your device.

14. Third-Party Services

MYTEN may rely on third-party services to provide certain features, including Apple's services, payment services, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, content delivery, or other technical services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Health Alliance Inc. and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of MYTEN.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:

• Exercise-related injury;

• Reliance on workout recommendations;

• Inability to access the App;

• Loss of locally stored App data;

• Device problems;

• Third-party service interruptions;

• Errors or inaccuracies in App content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTEN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet all of your requirements;

• The App will always be available;

• Workout recommendations will be suitable for every individual;

• Exercise information will always be error-free;

• The App will produce a particular fitness result;

• The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.

Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

17. Termination

You may stop using MYTEN at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may suspend or discontinue access to MYTEN if necessary for operational, security, legal, or other legitimate reasons.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions.

18. Changes to the App

We may periodically update MYTEN to:

• Add new workouts;

• Improve personalization;

• Add or remove features;

• Improve performance;

• Fix bugs;

• Improve security;

• Modify the user interface.

Some updates may be necessary to continue using the App.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of MYTEN after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Global Health Alliance Inc., except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
