Global Health Alliance Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") developed and operates MYTEN | 10 Minute Workout ("MYTEN" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MYTEN.

1. Privacy at a Glance

MYTEN is designed to work without requiring an account or user profile. Your workout preferences, selected goals, exercise preferences, workout history, streaks, and related settings may be stored locally on your device so the App can provide personalized workouts. We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information to use the core features of MYTEN.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on how you use the App, MYTEN may process the following information:

Workout Preferences

You may provide information such as:

Your fitness goal
Preferred focus areas
Fitness level
Available equipment
Preferred workout frequency
Workout difficulty preferences
Post-workout feedback

This information is used to personalize your workouts.

Workout Activity

The App may locally record information such as:

Completed workouts
Workout duration
Exercises completed
Workout streaks
Workout history
Selected workouts
Workout feedback

This information is used to display your progress and improve workout recommendations.

Device and Technical Information

Depending on your device and how you use the App, limited technical information may be processed by Apple or third-party services used to provide optional App functionality, such as subscription processing, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising, if applicable. MYTEN does not require you to create an account to use the App.

3. Health and Fitness Information

MYTEN may allow you to select fitness-related goals and focus areas. This information is used solely to personalize your workout experience.

MYTEN is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have concerns about your ability to exercise safely.

4. Local Storage

Because MYTEN does not require an account, information such as your workout preferences and progress may be stored directly on your device. This information may remain on your device until you:

Delete the relevant information within the App, if available;
Reset your progress; or
Delete the App from your device.

If you delete the App, locally stored App data may also be removed according to Apple's operating system behavior.

5. Exercise Videos

MYTEN may contain exercise videos or animations demonstrating exercises. The App does not need to collect personal information from you to display these videos. If exercise videos are downloaded or streamed from a third-party service, technical information necessary to deliver the content may be processed by that service according to its own privacy policy.

6. Notifications

If you enable workout reminders, MYTEN may use Apple's notification functionality to send reminders to your device. You can disable notifications at any time through the App or your device settings. MYTEN does not need your personal contact information to send local workout reminders.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If MYTEN offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and related Apple services. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may process information associated with your purchase according to Apple's privacy policies and terms.

8. Analytics and Crash Reporting

If analytics or crash-reporting technologies are used in MYTEN, they may collect limited technical information necessary to understand App performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the App. Such information may include device type, operating system version, App version, crash information, and technical diagnostic information. We do not use analytics information to identify you personally unless explicitly stated at the point of collection.

9. Advertising

If advertising is introduced into MYTEN, third-party advertising providers may process certain device or advertising-related information to deliver and measure advertisements. Where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, MYTEN will request the relevant permissions before using information for personalized advertising. You can also manage advertising-related settings through your device's privacy settings.

10. Third-Party Services

MYTEN may use third-party services necessary to provide certain features, including Apple services, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or content delivery. Third-party providers may process technical information according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be disclosed when necessary to:

Provide App functionality;
Process App Store purchases;

MYTEN is designed to minimize personal data collection. Information stored locally on your device may remain there until you delete or reset it. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through MYTEN. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children's Privacy

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

If you are located in the European Economic Area, applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), may provide you with additional rights. Where applicable, Global Health Alliance Inc. acts as the data controller for personal information it processes directly in connection with MYTEN.
