Our Promise:
We, as contributors and maintainers, pledge to make participation in our project and community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project or its community. Examples of representing a Win's Books events or community. Representation of a project may be further defined and clarified by project maintainers.
Among the behaviors that contribute to the creation of a positive environment are:
Using friendly and inclusive language
Respecting different points of view and experiences
Accepting constructive criticism with grace
Putting the needs of the community first
Empathy for other members of the community
Use of sexualized language or imagery, as well as unwanted sexual attention or advances
Trolling, derogatory/insulting remarks, and personal or political attacks
Harassment in public or in virtual events
Without explicit permission, publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address
Other behavior that could be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Abuse, harassment, or other unacceptable behavior should be reported to the project team at winnies.books1@gmail.com. The project team will review and investigate all complaints before responding in the manner deemed appropriate under the circumstances. The project team is required to keep the identity of the incident's reporter confidential. Additional information about specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.
Project maintainers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent consequences as determined by the project's leadership.
