How do I renew my membership?
There are a few different ways to do it when it comes to renewing your membership. You can either log in to your account and click on the 'Renew Now' button or contact us. We will be able to help you navigate through the process and ensure that everything is completed properly. Remember, if your membership doesn't work as expected after renewal, please contact us so we can resolve the issue ASAP!

What's the process for payment once the person has signed up and is accepted as a member?
After the person has signed up and is accepted as a member, they must complete their payment information. This can be done through either online banking or using a credit/debit card. Once the payment is processed, their account will be activated, and they'll be able to start participating in the community's discussions and contributing content.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can always cancel your membership through your profile page. Or you can downgrade your membership as well.

Yes, we do consider potential members before accepting them as a member. We want to ensure that everyone joining our community is fully vetted and meets our high-quality content and engagement standards.
