(Please provide a deadline of at least 5 days to work; I may not take that long, but I tend to overthink a bit to make sure the track is perfect. Also to prevent burn-out.)
(Keep in mind, the longer the deadline, the lower the stress caused, which will result in better sounding tracks.)
Rates
Now, the important part. Here are my standard rates, but keep in mind that these are flexible and can adapt (within reason) to your budget.
Non-Commercial (For indie or personal use, such as videos, free games, etc., where you aren't directly making money off of it.)

Single (1 Track) - Non-Looping: $35 | Looping: $40
Extended Play (2-4 Tracks) - Non-Looping: $50/track ($100-200 Total) | Looping: $60/track ($120-240 Total)
Album (5-15 Tracks) - Non-Looping: $80/track ($400-1,200 Total) | Looping: $100/Track ($500-1,500 Total)
Commercial (For company use, such as commercials, AAA games, or other projects in a professional setting that will directly be paid for.)

Single (1 Track) - Non-Looping: $50 | Looping: $75
Extended Play (2-4 Tracks) - Non-Looping: $90/track ($180-360 Total) | Looping: $125/track ($250-500 Total)
Album (5-15 Tracks) - Non-Looping: $150/track ($750-2,250 Total) | Looping: $200/Track ($1,000-3,000 Total)
(Looping means that the track is designed to, well... loop at the end of the song instead of having a proper ending; usually for games or background media that is meant to infinitely play.
Again, prices are flexible and can be lowered (within reason) if need be by your budget. These are just averages and suggestions.
Important Notes:
Commissioned songs are not copyrighted. You are responsible for copywriting your commissions, otherwise evil third-parties may take advantage.
Finished full-quality (FLAC) songs will be provided after payment is received, but you will constantly receive low-quality (low bitrate MP3) WIP files to provide feedback and redirect control.
