شروط الاستخدام وإخلاء المسؤولية

1. طبيعة التطبيق
«مصروفاتي | My Spends» أداة تنظيمية شخصية لتدوين المصاريف وتنظيمها فقط، وليس استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية بأي شكل من الأشكال.
2. لا علاقة بالبنوك أو الأموال
التطبيق لا يتصل بأي بنك أو حساب بنكي ولا يدخل عليه، ولا توجد فيه أي خاصية دفع أو تحويل أو استقبال أموال، ولن تُضاف أي ميزة دفع مستقبلاً. جميع الأرقام في التطبيق هي إدخالات المستخدم نفسه لأغراض التنظيم الشخصي.
3. مسؤولية المستخدم
المستخدم مسؤول وحده عن دقة ما يُدخله من بيانات، وعن أي قرار مالي أو غيره يُبنى على أرقام التطبيق أو حساباته أو معلوماته الإرشادية. الحسابات (مثل تقسيم مصاريف المجموعة وتحويل العملات) تعتمد على مدخلات المستخدم وأسعار تقريبية.
وتشمل هذه المسؤولية البيانات التي يستخرجها التطبيق تلقائياً من الفواتير أو التذاكر أو ملفات الحجز عبر المسح أو قراءة الملفات؛ فهذه القراءة آلية وقد تخطئ، والمستخدم مطالَب بمراجعة المبالغ والتواريخ وتصحيحها قبل الاعتماد عليها.
4. المحتوى الإرشادي والديني
ما يعرضه التطبيق من أذكار وتذكيرات هو للتذكير والمنفعة العامة، ويُنصح المستخدم بالرجوع إلى المصادر الشرعية الموثوقة. معلومات التأشيرات والوجهات إرشادية وقد تتغير، ويجب التحقق منها عبر الجهات الرسمية (مثل موقع وزارة الخارجية) قبل السفر.
5. الملفات المُصدَّرة ومشاركتها
يتيح التطبيق تصدير بياناتك كملفات تُنشأ داخل جهازك. مشاركة هذه الملفات ومع من تُشارك قرار المستخدم وحده ومسؤوليته، والتطبيق لا يرسلها بنفسه إلى أي جهة.
6. روابط التطبيقات الأخرى
يحتوي التطبيق على قسم «تطبيقات مفيدة» يعرض روابط لتطبيقات أخرى على متجر Google Play ومتجر Apple App Store. هذه الروابط للتعريف فقط، وفتحها اختياري، وتخضع تلك التطبيقات والمتاجر لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.
7. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا يتحمل المطوّر أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على معلوماته، أو عن أي استخدام مخالف أو سيء للتطبيق.
8. الملكية الفكرية
اسم التطبيق وتصميمه ومحتواه ملك لمطوّره، ولا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة نشره أو استغلاله تجارياً دون إذن مكتوب.
9. التعديلات
يجوز تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل موافقة عليه.
10. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. Nature of the App
"My Spends" is a personal organizational tool for recording and organizing expenses only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice in any form.
2. No Connection to Banks or Money
The app does not connect to or access any bank or bank account. It contains no payment, transfer, or money-receiving features, and no payment feature will ever be added. All figures in the app are the user's own entries for personal organization.
3. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for any financial or other decision based on the app's figures, calculations, or informational content. Calculations (such as group expense splitting and currency conversion) rely on user inputs and approximate rates.
This responsibility extends to data the app extracts automatically from receipts, tickets, or booking files via scanning or file reading; such reading is automated and may be inaccurate, and the user is required to review and correct amounts and dates before relying on them.
4. Guidance & Religious Content
Remembrances and reminders shown in the app are for general benefit; users are advised to consult trusted religious sources. Visa and destination information is indicative, may change, and must be verified through official channels before travel.
5. Exported Files & Sharing
The app lets you export your data as files created on your device. Whether and with whom you share those files is entirely your decision and responsibility; the app never sends them anywhere by itself.
6. Links to Other Apps
The app includes a "Useful apps" section listing links to other apps on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. These links are informational, opening them is optional, and those apps and stores are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer bears no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from using the app or relying on its information, or from any misuse of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
The app's name, design, and content belong to its developer and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.
9. Amendments
These terms may be amended at any time; continued use of the app after amendment constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
