الخلاصة بسطر واحد: تطبيق «مصروفاتي» لا يجمع أي بيانات عنك إطلاقاً. كل شيء تكتبه يبقى داخل جهازك فقط، والتطبيق يعمل بالكامل بدون إنترنت.
1. مقدمة
«مصروفاتي | My Spends» أداة تنظيمية شخصية لتدوين المصاريف وتنظيم ميزانية السفر والحياة اليومية. خصوصيتك أساس تصميم التطبيق، وليست بنداً إضافياً فيه.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي بيانات. التطبيق لا يجمع ولا يخزّن على خوادم ولا يرسل ولا يشارك ولا يبيع أي معلومات شخصية أو مالية أو تعريفية. لا يوجد في التطبيق تسجيل حساب، ولا خوادم تستقبل بياناتك، ولا أي إرسال لبياناتك إلى أي جهة خارجية.
3. التخزين المحلي
كل ما تُدخله في التطبيق (مصاريف، ميزانيات، رحلات، أسماء أعضاء المجموعة، ملاحظات، تقييمات) يُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط. تستطيع حذفه في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (زر «ريست») أو بحذف التطبيق نفسه، ولن يبقى له أي أثر لدينا لأنه لم يصلنا أصلاً.
وعند تسجيل مصروف عبر المسح، تُحفظ صورة الفاتورة أو التذكرة في «أرشيف الفواتير» داخل جهازك فقط، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من داخل الأرشيف. وكذلك ما تكتبه من ملاحظات وآراء عن المدن وأي نصوص حرة تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرسل ولا تُشارك.
وعند استخدامك خاصية التصدير أو النسخ الاحتياطي، تُنشأ الملفات داخل جهازك، وأنت وحدك من يقرر مشاركتها ومع من عبر التطبيق الذي تختاره. التطبيق لا يرسل هذه الملفات بنفسه إلى أي جهة.
4. الأذونات
يطلب التطبيق إذنين اثنين فقط، ولا يعمل أيٌّ منهما إلا بضغطة مباشرة منك:
الكاميرا (CAMERA): تُفتح فقط عند ضغطك على زر «تصوير مباشر»، لقراءة مبلغ الفاتورة أو بيانات التذكرة تلقائياً. القراءة تتم بالكامل داخل جهازك عبر مكتبة تعمل محلياً بدون إنترنت، والصورة لا تُرسل إلى أي خادم ولا تصل إلينا إطلاقاً.
الصور والوسائط (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): لتتمكن من اختيار صورة فاتورة أو ملف حجز من جهازك بنفسك. التطبيق لا يتصفح معرض صورك، ولا يقرأ إلا الملف الذي تختاره أنت بيدك. وعند اختيارك ملف PDF لتذكرة أو حجز فندق، يُقرأ نصه داخل جهازك فقط لتعبئة بيانات الرحلة، ولا يُرفع الملف إلى أي مكان.
كما يظهر في التطبيق إذن الإنترنت (INTERNET) لأن إطار العمل التقني المستخدم يضيفه تلقائياً، ولا يُستخدم إلا في حالة واحدة: عند ضغطك بنفسك على زر يفتح متجر التطبيقات (انظر البند 5). ولا يوجد في التطبيق أي اتصال بخادم يتبعنا، ويمكنك التحقق بتشغيل وضع الطيران واستخدام التطبيق بكامل مزاياه.
ولا يطلب التطبيق أي إذن آخر: لا رسائل نصية، ولا إشعارات، ولا موقعاً جغرافياً، ولا جهات اتصال، ولا ميكروفون.
5. العمل دون اتصال وروابط المتاجر
التطبيق يعمل بشكل كامل دون اتصال بالإنترنت. يمكنك التحقق من ذلك بنفسك: فعّل وضع الطيران وسيستمر التطبيق بالعمل بكل مزاياه.
ويحتوي التطبيق على قسم واحد باسم «تطبيقات مفيدة» فيه روابط لتطبيقات أخرى من المطوّر نفسه على متجر Google Play ومتجر Apple App Store. الضغط على أي رابط منها اختياري تماماً، ويفتح المتجر خارج التطبيق، ولا يُرسل معه أي شيء من بياناتك. وما عدا هذه الروابط، لا يتصل التطبيق بأي خادم أو جهة خارجية.
وعند فتح المتجر، تنطبق سياسة خصوصية ذلك المتجر (Google أو Apple) على تصفّحك داخله، ولا نتحكم نحن بها ولا نستلم منها أي بيانات.
6. الإعلانات والتتبع
لا توجد في التطبيق أي إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات (Analytics)، ولا أدوات تتبع، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا أي حزم برمجية لطرف ثالث تجمع بيانات.
7. المدفوعات
لا توجد في التطبيق أي خاصية دفع أو تحويل أو استقبال أموال، والتطبيق لا يتصل بأي بنك أو حساب بنكي ولا يستطيع الوصول إلى أموالك بأي شكل.
8. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب للاستخدام العام، وبما أنه لا يجمع أي بيانات من أي مستخدم، فهو لا يجمع أي بيانات من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً أو أي فئة عمرية أخرى.
9. أسعار الصرف والمعلومات الإرشادية
أسعار صرف العملات وفروقات التوقيت ومعلومات الوجهات والتأشيرات المعروضة في التطبيق تقريبية ولأغراض تنظيمية وإرشادية فقط، وقد تتغير عن الواقع. كما أن البيانات التي يستخرجها التطبيق تلقائياً من صور الفواتير أو ملفات الحجز قد تحتوي أخطاء قراءة. يُرجى مراجعة الأرقام والتحقق من المصادر الرسمية قبل اتخاذ أي قرار يعتمد عليها.
10. الميزات المستقبلية
النسخة الحالية من التطبيق لا تقرأ أي رسالة نصية ولا أي إشعار، ولا تملك الإذن التقني اللازم لذلك أصلاً.
وإذا أُضيفت مستقبلاً أي ميزة جديدة (مثل القراءة التلقائية لإشعارات عمليات الشراء البنكية لتسهيل التدوين)، فستُبنى على المبدأ نفسه: معالجة محلية داخل جهازك فقط، دون جمع أو إرسال أي بيانات، ولن تعمل إلا بموافقتك الصريحة وبعد إفصاح واضح، وسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة قبل إطلاق أي ميزة من هذا النوع.
11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند إجراء أي تعديل على هذه السياسة سيتم تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، ونشر النسخة المحدثة على هذا الرابط نفسه.

Privacy Policy — "My Spends | مصروفاتي"

One-line summary: My Spends collects absolutely no data about you. Everything you enter stays on your device only, and the app works fully offline.
1. Introduction
"My Spends" is a personal organizational tool for recording expenses and planning travel and daily budgets. Your privacy is the foundation of the app's design, not an afterthought.
2. Data We Collect
We collect no data. The app does not collect, store on servers, transmit, share, or sell any personal, financial, or identifying information. There are no user accounts, no servers receiving your data, and no transmission of your data to any third party.
3. Local Storage
Everything you enter (expenses, budgets, trips, group member names, notes, ratings) is saved locally on your device only. You can delete it at any time from within the app (the "Reset" button) or by uninstalling the app. Nothing remains with us because nothing ever reached us.
When you log an expense via scanning, the receipt or ticket image is saved to the in-app "Receipt archive" on your device only, and you can delete it at any time from within the archive. Likewise, any notes, city reviews, and free-text you write stay on your device and are never transmitted or shared.
When you use the export or backup feature, files are created on your device, and only you decide whether and with whom to share them, using an app of your choosing. The app never sends these files anywhere by itself.
4. Permissions
The app requests only two permissions, and neither activates except by your direct action:
Camera (CAMERA): Opens only when you tap "Take photo," to automatically read a receipt amount or ticket details. Processing happens entirely on your device via a locally-running library that requires no internet; the image is never sent to any server and never reaches us.
Photos and media (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Lets you pick a receipt image or booking file from your device yourself. The app does not browse your gallery and reads only the file you select. When you choose a PDF ticket or hotel booking, its text is read on your device only to fill in trip details; the file is never uploaded anywhere.
The app also shows the INTERNET permission because the technical framework adds it automatically. It is used in one case only: when you yourself tap a button that opens an app store (see Section 5). The app connects to no server of ours, and you can verify this by enabling Airplane Mode and using every feature.
The app requests no other permission: no SMS, no notifications, no location, no contacts, no microphone.
5. Offline Operation & Store Links
The app works fully offline. You can verify this yourself: enable Airplane Mode and the app continues working with all its features.
The app includes one section called "Useful apps" containing links to other apps by the same developer on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Tapping any of these links is entirely optional, opens the store outside the app, and sends none of your data with it. Apart from these links, the app does not connect to any server or third party.
Once a store opens, that store's own privacy policy (Google's or Apple's) applies to your browsing there. We do not control it and receive no data from it.
6. Ads & Tracking
The app contains no advertisements, no analytics tools, no trackers, no cookies, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
7. Payments
The app contains no payment, transfer, or money-receiving features. It does not connect to any bank or bank account and cannot access your money in any way.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is suitable for general use. Since it collects no data from any user, it collects no data from children under 13 or any other age group.
9. Exchange Rates & Informational Content
Currency exchange rates, time differences, and destination or visa information shown in the app are approximate and for organizational guidance only, and may change. Data the app extracts automatically from receipt photos or booking files may also contain reading errors. Please review the figures and verify with official sources before making decisions based on them.
10. Future Features
The current version of the app does not read any SMS or any notification, and does not hold the technical permission required to do so.
If any new feature is added in the future (such as automatically reading bank purchase notifications to simplify logging), it will be built on the same principle: on-device processing only, no data collection or transmission, activated only with your explicit consent after clear disclosure. This policy will be updated before launching any such feature.

Any changes will update the "Last updated" date above, and the updated version will be published at this same link.
