# Terms of Use — Myra

## 1. What Myra is

Myra is an entertainment app offering conversations with **AI characters**. They

are software. They are not real people, not counsellors, not medical or legal

advisers, and not a substitute for human relationships or professional care.

## 2. You must be 18 or older

Myra is for adults. You confirm your date of birth at signup. If you are under

18 you may not use it, and we block accounts that declare an age under 18.

## 3. Your account

You may use Myra anonymously. If you do, **your account exists only on that

device** — if you lose the device or clear the app's data, that account cannot

be recovered. Adding an email address (when available) protects against this.

You are responsible for what you send.

## 4. Purchases

- **Diamonds** are in-app currency used for virtual gifts. They have no monetary

  value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable.

- **Subscriptions** renew automatically until cancelled. **Cancel through Google

  Play**, not through us — Play manages the billing relationship.

- Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.

- Diamonds you have already been granted are **never taken away**, including

  when a subscription ends.

- Prices may change. A change never affects a billing period you have paid for.

## 5. Acceptable use

Do not use Myra to:

- generate or solicit sexual content involving minors — this is prohibited

  absolutely and enforced technically;

- harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;

- attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;

- resell or redistribute the service.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

## 6. Content

Companion replies are generated by an AI model. They may be wrong, odd, or not

to your taste. **Do not rely on them for factual, medical, legal or financial

decisions.**

You can report any message from within the app.

## 7. Availability

We aim to keep Myra running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features

may change or be withdrawn.

## 8. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate and

permanent — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

## 9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Myra is provided "as is". We are not liable for

indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be

limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

## 10. Crisis situations

If you may be at risk of suicide or self-harm, Myra will show crisis support

resources. **This is always free and cannot be disabled.** Myra is not a crisis

service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.

## 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
