Click: 'Import Student Data'
Download the CSV template which contains a list of your learners and all current grad pathway data in the system.
Next - Either
Adjust data on the template and re-upload (format needs to be CSV).
OR
Utilize header column names to upload new data. It is easiest if you keep the number of columns to a minimum for simplicity sake. Ie: StudentRefId / KeyAlg / KeyLit / KeyBio
NOTE: You have the ability to upload whatever columns you choose as long as you provide the StudentRefId column. See this video for more information:
2.Enter CTE Learners who have not passed Keystone Proficiency or Composite (Remember ½ Day CTE programs count)
3.Review Learners who are possible for Alternative Assessment or Evidence-Based.
4.Toggle Possible Switches to Planned (Yellow) - this will feed Learner Dashboard
5.Meet with Learners to confirm plans and set plans for completing evidence. Engage learners in the decision making process and tie it to their career plan through MyPlanPA. (This is what makes it fun!)
6.Utilize MyPlanPA’s integrated WBL systems to Document successful completion.
7.Run MyPlanPA Graduation State Report to report for PDE and Smile as your seniors walk across the stage at graduation!
Navigate to Reports / GradPathway State Report
Filter for Grade 12 / Enrollment Status: Graduated & Active / Grad Year: '2023' or the Year you are reporting for "ie: 2023 for the 22-23 school year grad cohort."
What are Non-Numeric Scores and how do I enter them?
