Mypayreceipts respects your privacy and gives users the right to request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
Currently, Mypayreceipts does not provide an in-app option for account deletion.
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to moulali.corp@gmail.com
Use the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Mypayreceipts”Include the email address used to access the app
Once we receive your request, we will verify the details and permanently delete your account and associated data.
Data that will be deleted
Upon successful request, the following data will be removed:
Receipt images uploaded by the user
Extracted receipt and expense data
Any account-related information linked to the user
Data retention
No personal data is retained after deletion
Deletion will be completed within 7 working days
