Peace, paix, wantaqo'ti, שָׁלוֹם. There are many different ways of saying peace. We all say that it would be magnificent to have world peace, but just saying it won't do a thing. We need to act. That's exactly what the organization, Peace by Chocolate, has done. They have taken advantage, in a good way, of many people's liking for chocolate and used that as a force for good. Their clever way of supporting a good cause caught my attention as I was searching mitzvah project ideas. This was because, first of all, who doesn't like chocolate?! I knew that many people wouldn't pass up the opportunity to get chocolate in exchange for their money going to a worthy cause. That brings me to the second reason for choosing Peace by Chocolate, supporting an organization, or anything, that improves the world. Mitzvah, as in mitzvah project. many times can mean a good deed so I thought that Peace by Chocolate was the perfect institution to construct my project around. So, knowing all that, I have decided to sell some of the Peace by Chocolate products to all of you. Now let's stop with all this TALK of peace, go support it!
