ALL MMP Members are vetted by an independent online screening agency. These searches may include criminal and civil court searches, driving records, credit reports such as bankruptcy or insolvency checks, etc.
RE Professionals have access to an online portal that provides a central hub to enter work orders, view status and progress, view photos and documents present & past.
Service Requests are viewable by multiple capable vendors from various disciplines in a an active lottery-like feed.
Service Requests are picked up by vendors based on their Vendor Category & availability. Those not picked up within 24 hours are monitored and pushed to qualified vendors by MMP staff for maximum visibility.
Service Request progress can be seen in real time so that all members can stay up to date on progress.
Vendors are able to communicate via text with the client that entered the work order. These conversations are saved within each Service Request in question.
Clients & Vendors can upload related documents & photos and & even close out Service Requests on the MMP Mobile App which are then made immediately accessible within the Service Request.
Completed Service Requests will be randomly reviewed by MMP staff for completeness.
RE Professionals will be invoiced by MMP with a small service fee added.
All invoices will auto-generate "process-required" transactional documentation according to how the work order was entered.
Payments will be made within the same portal/homepage that made all of the above possible.
