The Backstory

After losing his construction company in 2008 as a result of the "Mortgage Crisis of 2007", Rich sought to restart his company with a different structure helping clients that he saw being hurt the most, those in the Real Estate Industry. That partnering resulting in Hospitality Handyman which became "The Make Ready Team." Unfortunately, due to health reasons, The Make Ready Team was closed after 10 years leaving a void for his clientele.

It was at a lunch 4 years later when a former client asked for help finding reliable contractors that Rich realized that he could help in ways even he didn't realize.  He asked, "How can I help?  What do you need?"  The Client's Response, "I need what you did before."

In the coming weeks, Maintenance Marketplace was born.
