Welcome to myLyrics ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the myLyrics mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

myLyrics allows users to create customizable widgets and configure CarPlay-related sounds for personal use.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., weekly and yearly plans).

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. User Content

You may create and customize content (e.g., images, names, widgets) within the App.

All content is stored locally on your device
You are responsible for the content you create
You agree not to use unlawful, offensive, or infringing content

We do not access or store your content on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of myLyrics.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or vehicles.

CarPlay-related features may depend on your device, vehicle, and system compatibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myLyrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Apple Terms

These Terms are in addition to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, Apple’s terms prevail.
