myLyrics ("we", "our", or "us") operates the myLyrics mobile application (the "App").

• Device Identifier (Device ID):
  We use a device-specific identifier to manage premium subscriptions and restore purchases. This identifier is not used to personally identify you.

• Usage Data (Analytics):
  We use third-party analytics tools such as Firebase and Adjust to understand app performance and usage patterns. This data is collected in an aggregated and non-identifiable manner.

2. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create custom widgets (e.g., photos, names, or designs).
All such content:

• Is stored locally on your device

• Is not uploaded to our servers

• Is not shared with other users

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers in-app purchases, including weekly and yearly subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (analytics & performance monitoring)

• Adjust (analytics)

• Adapty (subscription management)

These services may collect limited technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage

• All user-generated content is stored locally on your device

• We do not maintain user accounts

• We do not store personal data on our servers

6. Tracking & IDFA

We do not use your data for personalized advertising.

Depending on your device settings, third-party services (e.g., Adjust) may use identifiers such as IDFA for analytics purposes. You can control tracking permissions in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
