Step 2

Pay-As-You-Go

Book individual sessions that fit your budget & schedule. I recommend Step 1 first, so we can dive right in during our first full session.

Step 3

Monthly Coaching Package

Book a monthly coaching package (3 sessions). Not only does this typically give us the BEST results - packages offer a 10% Discount off individual sessions!

Whether you book sessions one-at-a-time, or in a monthly package (3 total sessions per package), your best results will come from the two C's: Commitment and Consistency. For some, 4 weeks may be enough to launch their goals and motivate sustainable action.

However, most will benefit from a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks of regular sessions, once per week, or every other week. Spacing your sessions further apart can lead to feeling "stuck," regressing to old habits, or feeling unmotivated by not seeing results. Working too fast can become overwhelming and unmanageable.

At the beginning of your journey, booking too-few sessions can limit your growth by not allowing us sufficient time to uncover and remove blocks at the deepest levels required to see lasting results.

For clients of 6 months or longer, I offer deeply discounted Refresher sessions to reinvigorate our work together or refocus your goals further down the road after a break from your regular sessions.

Additionally, I love hearing progress reports and "Wins" from my clients - there is never a charge to share joy!
