Instructions
Start to your left by (moving left leg) doing downward block – lunge punch
Now look over your front shoulder move the (front leg) and do the same on the opposite side
Now look over your front shoulder moving the (front leg again) doing downward block in the front stance
Continue performing 3 times (rising block in front stance) on the last one say KIIA
Look over your back shoulder moving your (back leg) and do downward block – lunge punch in front stance
Now look over your front shoulder moving the (front leg) and do the same on the opposite side
Now you coming back again; Looking over your front shoulder moving the (front leg) do downward block in front stance
Now continue performing 3 times (lunge punch in front stance) on the last one say KIIA
Now looking over your back shoulder moving your (back leg) and do downwards block – lunge punch – in front stance
Now look over your front shoulder moving the (front leg) do the same on the opposite site
Moving the front leg – come back to the starting point – to finish
