1. Introduction

Welcome to MyHisab! By downloading, accessing, or using this app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

2. Subscriptions & Billing 

By buying/subscribing, you agree to a recurring billing cycle based on your selected plan (monthly/yearly). Payments will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. 

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation 

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Google Play Store Account Settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel the subscription. 

4. Free Trial & Automatic Renewal  

If a Free Trial is offered, you will have full access to premium features for the duration of the trial period. Please note that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the free trial period, and the recurring subscription fee will be charged to your Google Play Account.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store Account Settings -> Subscriptions. 

5. Refund Policy 

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests must be processed through Google Play's refund framework, and approval is subject to Google Play’s policies. 

6. Account Responsibility 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

7. Acceptable Use  

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer the source code, or use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. 

8. Data Usage and Privacy

• User data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this app, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

• The app or its services is for general purposes only.

• The app is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the app or its services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• MyHisab app will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute caused by the use of the app. Users must use the app at their own risk.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

12. Modifications to Terms of Service

• MyHisab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or other communication channels.
