Track . Burn . Achieve
My kCals is a personal health companion built around one simple idea: knowing what you eat is the first step to changing how you feel.
Most calorie tracking apps are cluttered, subscription-heavy, or designed to make you dependent on them. My kCals is different — it's fast, offline-first, and puts you in complete control of your data. No ads, no upsells, no cloud accounts. Just a clean, focused tool that helps you understand your relationship with food and make better choices every day.

Who it's for
My kCals is for anyone who wants to take their nutrition seriously without the noise. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply understand what you're putting into your body — this app gives you the tools to do it on your terms.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Everything stays on your device. My kCals stores all your data locally — your food logs, your weight history, your goals — and never sends it to a server. There are no accounts to create, no emails to verify, and no data to sell. The only external service the app uses is Open Food Facts, a free and open food database, for barcode lookups and food search.

My kCals was designed and built as a personal project by someone who wanted a calorie tracker that actually worked the way they thought. It's ad-free, privacy-first, and continuously improved based on real daily use.
Small habits. Big results. One day at a time.
The people who transform their health don't do it through dramatic overnight changes. They do it through consistency — showing up every single day, making one better choice at a time, and trusting that the small wins compound into something extraordinary.
Every meal logged is a moment of self-awareness. Every deficit hit is a step forward. Every streak maintained is proof that you're building something real. The numbers don't lie — and when you face them honestly, day after day, something shifts. You stop guessing and start knowing. You stop reacting and start choosing.
Whether you're just starting out or pushing through a plateau, the commitment is the same: show up, track it, own it.
Your body is capable of more than you think. The data just helps you believe it.
Your goals do not care about your excuses. But they do reward your consistency.
Tracking what you eat isn't punishment — it's power. The moment you start seeing your food as data rather than guilt, everything changes. You realise that no single meal makes or breaks you. What matters is the pattern. The trend. The direction you're heading over days, weeks and months.
Most people quit because they can't see progress. They feel like they're doing the work but the results are invisible. My kCals makes the invisible visible — your deficit, your streak, your macros, your weight over time. When you can see it, you can believe it. And when you believe it, you keep going.
The hardest part isn't the diet. It's the decision to start — and then the decision to start again the next day, and the day after that.
Progress isn't always linear. But it's always possible.
The version of you six months from now is being built today.
Not in the gym. Not on the scales. In the decisions you make when no one is watching. The meal you track at midnight. The extra glass of water you log before bed. The day you've gone over your calories and you log it anyway — honestly, without shame — because you know that awareness is always better than avoidance.
That's where real transformation happens. Not in the dramatic moments, but in the quiet ones. The ones that don't get shared on social media. The ones that are just between you and the numbers.
Six months of consistent logging. Six months of understanding your patterns. Six months of choosing, adjusting, learning. That's not a diet. That's a lifestyle. And lifestyles don't have finish lines.
The you that you're working towards isn't waiting at the end of a programme. They're being built right now, one logged meal at a time.
Start today. Show up tomorrow. That's the whole plan.
The information is out there. You've read the articles, watched the videos, maybe even tried before. You know that protein matters. You know that consistency beats perfection. You know that small daily actions compound into extraordinary results.
So what's stopping you?
Not knowledge. Not time. Not willpower. The only thing standing between you and the version of yourself you want to become is the decision to begin — and then the commitment to keep going when the novelty wears off and it gets quietly difficult.
My kCals doesn't promise transformation. No app can. What it does is remove every excuse to not track. It takes ten seconds to log a meal. Ten seconds to check your deficit. Ten seconds to see how far you've come this week.
Ten seconds a day. Compounded over six months. That's where change lives.
The hardest part is already behind you. You're here. Now begin.
