Welcome to MyDrive | CarDoc (the “App”), operated by Kello Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MyDrive | CarDoc.

2. Description of the App

MyDrive | CarDoc is a mobile application designed to help vehicle owners:

• Track maintenance schedules,

• Store car-related documents securely, and

• Receive reminders for upcoming service intervals.

The App is intended for personal use only and does not replace professional automotive advice or certified service inspections.

3. Eligibility

To use this App, you must be at least 16 years old.
By using MyDrive | CarDoc, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You may need to create an account to use certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

• Kello Solutions is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Upload or store false, misleading, or offensive content.

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure.

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App’s code or data.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents you upload to MyDrive | CarDoc.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.
Our collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the handling of your data as described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including logos, designs, code, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by Kello Solutions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission from Kello Solutions.

8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (if applicable)

If the App includes paid features:

• Prices and payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

• Payments are processed securely through Apple or Google.

• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription services at any time with appropriate notice.

• We are not responsible for any data loss or access interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyDrive | CarDoc is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted,

• All data will be stored indefinitely, or

• Information provided within the App is complete or accurate.

You use the App at your own risk. The App does not replace regular professional vehicle maintenance or inspections.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• Loss of data, income, or vehicle damage resulting from App use,

• Errors or omissions in user-entered information.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for App access.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms,

• Misuse or abuse the App, or

• Engage in activities harmful to other users or the system.

You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (or the jurisdiction in which Kello Solutions operates).
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The revised version will be posted within the App and include a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
