• Offline functionality: The core functions of creating, viewing, and editing your cards work entirely offline. An internet connection is only required if you choose to share your card via online methods (e.g., email, messaging apps) or open an external web link.

3. What Information the App Handles

While we do not collect it, the App is designed for you to input and manage the following types of information on your device:

• Condition Details: Condition Name, a brief description of the condition, how it affects you personally, key symptoms and triggers, and important do's and don'ts.

• Support Information: Details on what helps you or what you need for support.

• Emergency Contact Information: The name and phone number of your chosen emergency contact.

• Optional Links: A web link to a reliable source of information about your condition.

4. How Your Information is Used and Shared

The information you enter is used for the sole purpose of generating a digital "Condition Card" within the App on your device.

• You are in control: The only way your information is shared with others is when you explicitly use the "Share" function within the App.

• Your choice of sharing: You decide how and with whom you share your card (e.g., as an image or text via Messages, Email, WhatsApp, or by showing your screen to someone).

• User responsibility: Please be mindful that once you share your information with a third party, it is subject to their handling and privacy practices. We encourage you to share your card only with people you trust.

5. Data Security

The security of your information is directly tied to the security of your device. We recommend you protect your device with security features such as a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID. Because your data is never transmitted to us or stored on an external server, the risk of a remote data breach related to this App is eliminated.

You have full control over your data, which aligns with your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• The Right to Access: You can access all of your data at any time by opening the App.

• The Right to Erasure (The 'Right to be Forgotten'): You can delete your information permanently by deleting individual cards within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device.

• The Right to Data Portability: You can export your data at any time using the "Share" function, which allows you to save it as an image or text.

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16 without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect any data from children, as we do not collect any user data at all.
