Endurance is a huge piece to our puzzle! I am a Certified Personal Trainer licensed to build strength and conditioning plans for athletes.
There are two types of programs I offer. One is a Body Weight program (no weight or resistance) and a Resistance Band program (with resistance bands). Both programs are good for 3 weeks and personalized! I will keep a log of your progress & will include videos on how to do the exercises. I will deliver your workouts in Excel form to your email.
If you would like to renew after 3 weeks, I will build a new plan off of your current program and work you forward with that!

No weights required, just yourself! But, you can add weight if you like.

Just let me know a full list of equipment you have at your house. Resistance Bands can be purchased on amazon or any sporting goods store. Looped and unlooped bands are best for beginners! Get the long, open ended bands. Starting with light, and moving up when you are ready!
