Charitable Objects (adopted 2010)

A. Prevention or Relief of Poverty

1. The prevention of poverty in African countries by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.

2. The relief of financial hardship in Arfrican countries by providing or assisting in provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

B. Advancement of Religion

1. To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public through holding prayer meetings, retreats, mentoring programmes that will enable people to realise their identity, gifts and purpose, producing and/or distributing literature on Christianity to enlighten others about the Christian faith.

2. To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the publi c in accordance with the My Child Statement of Faith appearing in the schedule.

C. Advancement of Education

1. For the public benefit to promote the education of people in African countries in such a way as the Trustees shall think fit.

And by such other charitable means as the Trustees shall from time to time determine.
